We want you to be completely satisfied with your Daniel Simmons purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
